Meet The CEO

Elder Tavares is a born-again Christian, filled with the Holy Spirit. He has 5 children, 19 grandchildren, and 3 great grands. A native of Canton, Ohio, and a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he served under Commander & Chief Ronald Reagan. Honorably discharged expert marksmen, MOS in motor transport, cooking and ground pounder.

He holds degrees in Applied Business Management, Theological Studies and, Doctorate of Ministry. He served as Senior Pastor at Grace Christian Fellowship Church in Canton, Ohio. Elder Tavares is also the founder of CB on The Natural and Eagle’s Courage Ministry, both dedicated to community service and Christian business education.

A former Instructor of the Year at Corinthian College, he has lectured at Emory University and authored Supernatural Communication with God, a globally distributed prayer book. Elder Tavares credits the Holy Spirit for his journey and gives all glory to God. He longs to give back to the community and take great care of his fellow Veterans.
